ZERO.<br /> <br /> Telephoned today: hold time over 10 minutes, that is terrible customer service for retail.<br /> <br /> Why don't you contact me about the situation where you are losing money and customers at If I am in a meeting and unavailable, leave me a number which I can get ahold of in less than 10 minutes.
