Original Comment It appears that there are more negative comments online about Troy Built products than positive. Is there a trend here that the products don't perform as well as they should and corporate is willing to give up the consumers that have problems with the product rather than help them get help for the problem.<br /> It appears the corporation philosophy is to sell their products and let the consumers with defective items suffer the wrath of the Troy Built customer service and box store run-around to exhaustion( I am one of them). What a way to built customer loyalty.
