Original Comment I sent an email to your office last week about a complaint I had with your Needham Ma. facility. Gave my address, email address and all the information about the complaint. Have had no response from your Corporate Office regarding my email so it is quite apparent that the supposed "big shots" don't care about what is going on in the stores you have. I am so sorry I ever stepped foot in your Watertown Ma. store which is where the problem started. Because they closed I went to your Needham Ma. store where the problem escalated. I am 84 so have many, many friends, young and old, and have passed the word along. Am sure the "big shots" don't really care as long as the money is coming in to them.
