Their service has reach rock bottom. I sent a request via their online banking to change our mailing address. The old and new addresses were both within the state of Alabama. I just received a confirmation that the mailito xxxxxx Gustine, CA 95322 !!?? <br /> <br /> One receive for requesting it online was to ensure the correct spelling and zip code. What in the world has happened to good customer service in America?
