Original Comment As customers at the Northwest Expressway location in Oklahoma City we were treated very poorly a person that called themselves Jack the manager slammed the drive-thru window in my wife's face refuse to give a receipt they threw mild sauces through the driver's door window and they flew all over the car while our son was in the back seat when we tried to call and talk to him he continued to call my wife out of her name such as sweetheart and continue to be rude accused my wife of being high on drugs drunk and belligerent my wife does not do drugs or drink has a job that requires she take mandatory urinalysis and this man claims to be in leader position the other three men in the store we're in the background laughing at her I demand that someone high up in the chain have a look at this and communicate back with us we accept nothing but this getting fixed
