Original Comment Coronavirus causing pandemic among all. Ralph's downtown store on 9th street is allowing one individual to purchase 12 gallons of water never ever limiting one another to two per customer. <br /> I could not believe one person had two 6 packs of gallon geyser spring waters on the curb today? What is wrong with them. That manager should be sat down because I did not get one gallon because this person &amp; maybe a few others left with all? Crazy?
