Original Comment I have been with Allstate since 2005. My daughter had an accident not her fault and the others insurance is willing to pay repair her auto but Carlos the claims adjuster wants to total the car for parts. They have had the car at shop for over a month. The repair shop took the cars back bumper off per the adjuster gave my daughter a rental car for two weeks now calls and said he is now releasing the car. The value of the car is low value Kelly Blue Book is 4100 but he is offing 2000 or 1000 if we want the car back and won't allow the other party to fix it. The agent K J and the adjuster first act like they where busy working from and had spoke to the other party's insurance but all of sudden they want send a check and car is gone. I one knows what happened. We are on shut down and my daughter is not working what can you but with $1000 We ask Carlos wouldn't he want us to continue paying the insurance for the car he said oh well this what is and that's what he plans to do. No Customer Service.
