Original Comment I've never had my Mother's Day ruined like today. My Mom is 81 and lives with us. I had to prepare a meal for her because the waiting was ridiculous and she needs to eat at certain times. We ordered our dinner from Dickson City and was told 27 minutes and it would be ready at 4:54. My husband and daughter went and it was not ready and given to them until 7:05! When they finally received it and got home it was ice cold and everything had to be reheated.Totally unacceptable!! For such a big corporation I would be ashamed of yourselves. It was total chaos, people everywhere and no one giving any direction. The cops were there and still no help. They were asked for a phone number and to go back to their vehicle and they would be called. Well at 7pm I get a call from the restaurant that my food is ready. <br /> It was a very special day for A LOT of Mom's that ended up being the worst ever!<br /> Very poor scheduling on the manager's part and I will probably NEVER order like this again and when things do reopen it won't be my first place to dine. My bill was $77.55 and I got cold food..
