Original Comment Took my 2016 to the jiffy lube in San Jacinto on 4/15. I sat in my car while they did it and some young kid was under there and my car jerked 3 times violently. I drove away and noticed spots on the place where I park. Thought it was air conditioning, now my transmission is leaking badly where I had to miss work. Now their corporate number is out of service. 3 mechanics said it's probably stripped, and only way to check is drop transmission, and if it's stripped inside I need a new transmission. Never had a leak in my car, now it's messed up. Don't have the money to fix it. Sent an email and no response yet. I use my car for work, so hurting here
