Original Comment Once my policy is done i will NEVER use the general. I spoke to a supervisor and she was extremely rude and inconsiderate. She showed no empathy at all in the call. She never even acknowledged the wrong information the rep gave me. She did not care at all that i was impacted by covid-19. She offered no reasonable solution to help me. It was so Awful to be treated like that.
