I have some feedback for you regarding your store in Escondido California. I was in the store at around 11 o'clock Wednesday, June 10.<br /> I was looking for a shadowbox frame for some sports memorabilia I have. I walk to the back where the frames are Musta looked for about 10 minutes. I noticed there was an employee behind the counter, I asked her excuse me I have a quick question for you to which she replied hold on I'm not clocked in yet. She laughed away and after she clocked in Responded with what can I help you with. I asked her a very simple question to which she gave me way too long of an answer. After I confirmed what I originally thought by no help of her answer I didn't get a chance to say thanks Before she walked away to disappear. This woman's name is Dallas. After I picked a frame I must've spent another 10 minutes looking around before I headed to the front and ones in line I see her finally come out from the depths of the stock room. She almost seem to avoid me at the cashiers check out as she was also a cashier. I don't quite understand how you cannot help somebody for 10 seconds Before You clock in. I don't know maybe I'm over exaggerating but that's in my opinion terrible customer service and I never leave feedback like this or take time out of my day to complain.
