Original Comment On 5/30/2020 I checked the web site to make sure the Chandler,AZ office was open for business and it was, so I drove 40 miles to pick up maps and tour books for a 4 month RV trip. When i opened the door to the office/store a table kept me from entering and a woman told me the office was only open for &quot;New Customers&quot;. Well excuse me - I'm a 30-yr member and I didn't matter! I drove home and ordered by phone as the lady suggested. I was told my material was on its way. <br /> On 6/12/2020 when nothing arrived I called in and was greeted by &quot;We've been trying to get a hold of you. I've been right here - phone # and email both verified. I work from home daily and use both, but the person on the other end of the phone repeatedly kept saying &quot;We've been trying to get a hold of you&quot;!! It seems that I ordered more than 10 maps and that is the limit. So I gave her the 10 I wanted and asked where I could file a report. She said &quot;I'll have a supervisor contact you&quot;. She must be using the same wrong number or email because no one has contacted me. <br /> Over the years - 30 - as a matter of fact I've used AAA very little, so I don't think I've been a burden or disgruntled person, but I am now and I probably will not renew when it comes due later this year. I am so sorry to see how poor the customer service is these days.
