I ordered a SW omelet biscuit at Hardee's in Byron, GA and took one bite. It tasted strange and when I looked at it closer, it looked like their was raw/uncooked bacon. I called to let them know I would be bringing the biscuit back for a credit since they wouldn't be serving biscuits at lunch. I spoke to Contanya and she said she wouldn't be able to credit my card because she didn't know how to do that and they only refund cash. I asked her if I could have a cash refund and she said yes. I drove 20 minutes to return the biscuit and get a refund but when I got there, Contanya said they don't cook the meat, it's bacon bits. I told her I understood but this biscuit didn't taste right and the meat in it was pink and white. I've had your omelet biscuit before so I know what it should taste like. She looked at the biscuit and said that they don't refund when half the biscuit is eaten. I told her I had one bite and she replied, yes, that's half the sandwich. I asked for the manager and she informed me that she was the manager. She then took a picture of the biscuit and went into an office, shutting the door. I find this to be very rude and poor customer service. She came back out of the office and handed me her phone saying it was her floor manager. The floor manager preceded to explain that their isn't any meat in the SW omelet to be cooked. I again stated that I understand but there is something wrong with the biscuit to make it taste and look strange. She asked if I wanted another sandwich, I said that after the hassle I've been given, I just wanted my money back. She instructed Contanya to refund the amount for the biscuit.<br /> I spent a total of forty minutes of my lunch hour driving to and from this Hardee's for a refund only to be treated like I was doing something immoral. When this Hardee's first reopened several years ago, it was clean and the food was good. It has gone down hill in the last year or so. Hardee's employees should never treat their customers as if they are doing something wrong.
