Original Comment I regret that I will not shop at the Ralphs on 9th St. in downtown Los Angeles. The management there does not enforce the mask requirement. As a senior citizen, I am careful to respect the rules that protect us from the Coronavirus. Yesterday, I was dismayed to come face-to-face with another customer at that Ralphs who was not wearing a mask. I later called the store and asked the guy who answered if Ralphs enforced the mask requirement. He told me their policy was to ask anyone who came in without a mask to put one on but that was all they could do. That's not good enough.
