Original Comment I called last Wednesday about an order placed that day. Later in the afternoon, I received a 10% discount on first order. They said I couldn't use it. Lite, it was just hours before hen order was placed. I said I would cancel the order and reorder. She said I could not as it was in process. They said it would be 3-4 days before a manager would contact me. Well, it's now been a week. Really?
