Original Comment Bad shopping experience 12/11/20 Store #3532 asked a clerk to help me with a product price i explained to her that we are looking at a shoes with same color but different pricing can you help me.without even investigating what I meant she replied well maybe its an old stock I said what do you mean and the clerk went about what she's doing ignoring my need.got another clerk but I turn and change my mind about the help like I just got slap on the face.went to see asst manager I explained to her of the matters and apologized to me of what had transpired and I express to her that I come to shop and give your store business I spent quite some of money in your store and why is that clerk felt that my request was such a heavy burden for to even taken a look of what I meant.im feeling disgusted of how I was being treated that I said to the manager that this will be the last time I will sit foot in your store unless there is a change of attitude I don't need to tell them how but it is essential part of your business to stay on business i will seek out online to satisfy my need and service.further more I feel that some of the employees in this store are not happy it is just my feel when I come in
