I have been on the phone with ADP for over 6 hours, and every time I call back I get a new person and I have to start all over again, but I have been calling since December 29th, but today a manager told me the problem cant get resolve until tomorrow, even when it was ADP fault, you see I am a small business and ADP overdraft my account.. no matter how many time I told them it's under the bankruptcy chapter 13 they are going to get those fund from me but IRS will due to bankruptcy filling so they lock up my account I have staff who have to get COVID pay, I need PPE for my staff and the elderly need food supplies, so I ask who will compensate me because you are not reversing the charge that you said it was wrong for you to do it was a mistake on your part..that puts a hardship on my account and lock me out of my ADP for Q4 for my employees.
