I originally signed up with AAA for auto insurance and was quoted a premium amount plan for my vehicle. I called to change the vehicle on my policy and was given a different quote that was a few dollars difference from the original quote of the first vehicle. The next following month, I recieved a welcome packet that showed the policy itinerary with a totally different premium that I signed for. I decided to cancel my policy because of this and was told that I had to pay a cancellation fee,and the wrong quoted premium amount for two months. The cancellation was because I canceled early within the first year of opening a new policy. I tried calling to speak with the agent that prepared the policy and still can't get a hold of her. I tried leaving a voicemail and her supervisor a voicemail. Still no response. I sent an email with an attached application that showed the quoted price that was agreed upon. No answer. They expect me to pay this balance for a misquoted policy premium or they will send to collections. I have proof that I electronically signed and time stamp dated of what the monthly policy was suppose to be. They claim that they can't find the notes of this agreed quoted from the agent. But they have a record of the payment made by me for the correct quoted first premium monthly payment?
