Original Comment this company is not just a joke but a bunch of liers, and theaves, I have refunds that they will not release to me telling me they have to file a dispute, no they don't I have never had to file a dispute before they hold on to the money and only release it when they feel like it, and when they release it they put a security hold on your account and you have to call them to explain why you got the refunds, This is My money Not theirs I don't have to explain anything. I ask to talk to a supervisor and I'm put on hold forever and then hung up on, customer service is very Rude yes I got rude right back at the names of all 3 customer service reps are a Brian, unknown where I was calling too, 2nd Gen again unknown where I was calling too and a Sophie unknow where I was calling too. NetSpend has my money and will not release it. making my account to be in the red. Not happy!!! funny they received 1 refund and released it but will not give me the rest. I will be going to another company.
