Original Comment Hello, I am on our HOA Board in our community. Since Advanced Disposal was purchased by Waste Management we have been experiencing unacceptable garbage pick up service. We have individually called multiple times to complain over the past two months. We are told the recycling or garbage will be picked up by end of business the next day but it doesn't happen. We are 30 homes in a very upscale neighborhood and do not want our garbage to be sitting on the curb for weeks. What do we have to do to get this resolved? I am currently on the phone with Waste Management and they are no help either. The entire subdivision has been talking about going to another garbage service. Is that what we need to do?
