Original Comment Disc discriminatory practices in Charlottesville Virginia all Food Lion stores accept EBT EBT as payment method but none offers delivery. I am elderly and disabled I depend on EBT for all my food purchases. I depend on my Social Security benefits to pay my rent and health items -- not food. I was injured recently and discovered that I have no way to get food. The other major grocery stores in my area do not accept EBT payment online through Instacart, and I have no other funds to pay for food; however, they will deliver. To get food I must have a store that both accepts EBT and delivers.<br /> <br /> A Food Lion in Strasburg Virginia will deliver and it also accepts EBT. Why are there no stores (out of four) in Charlottesville, Virginia that deliver? Please address this gap in service ASAP.
