I had a terrible experience. As I drive up to the drive thru it was coned off. The lights in the dining room were on and the door was ajar. As I approached, I could clearly see the Taco Bell personnel chatting and joking around. As I turned to leave when I saw the Door Dash only sign, a Door Dash employee told me to just order online. As I struggled for over ten minutes trying to get the app to load, I see three cars dart into the just opened drive thru. After getting in line and ordering, it was my turn to make it the window, finally. As I ask about the drive thru closure, I was informed that it sucks in Taco Bell. That since the McDonald's has been closed that they have been really busy and that sucks. I told him that his company should be happy for the business and he retorted that HE wasn't. Perhaps, if Connor F is so unhappy with his employment, then maybe should be relieved of it. After all of this, my order was wrong AND cold. My order number was 358234 from the Oak Harbor, WA store at 32780 HWY 20. I have never complained to corporate before but this was outrageous.
