Original Comment Do not buy products by this company!!! I have had the worse experience with Nautilus when it comes to products. First the console of my equipment broke so I call for a replacement.. Get this I ordered early January and it is almost end of June and they haven't send me the console replacement. I was so patient waiting and waiting but nothing .. each month they dip into my account and hold the charge for the part I ordered and they never shipped it .. . Every month I called customer service, which by they way are rude and unhelpful ... there was a new excuse about they switching shipping companies or something or the other .... <br /> If you want to save yourself from future frustration and hassle do not buy their product you will regret it ... I am now purchasing from their competitor... Decent product although pricy, terrible customer service, a poor company that probably won't last long treating customer the way they do .... <br /> <br /> I hope this helps
