Original Comment Employee Was Rude And Hung Up On Me. Stated They Were The Manager And There Was Nobody Else To Speak With. I Wanted To Know Why I Could Not Get Another New Iphone 12 Pro Since I Paid Over 1200 For It. I Got It From There And I Was Asking Why It Was Being Replaced With A Used Refurbished Phone When It Was Supposed To Work To Begin With. They Did Not Have To Get Upset. This Phone Cost A Lot. Its Not A $20 Or $100 Dollar Phone. This Lady Didnt Have To Be Rude. Metro Pcs At Las Palmas Heb
