Original Comment On August 26, 2021 around 5p.m. I approached the counter to place an carryout order. When the young lady tells me to go sit by the bar and someone will be over to assist me, however, almost 30 minutes went by and then I went back to her and she asked me oh, are you placing an order. In which I said yes, she went on the answer the phone, and continue to display good customer service to other patrons other than myself. However, I asked to speak with a manager who was no help at all, and all she could say is that she seen me when I first came in and nothing else. To sum it up, I finally, was able to place my order after a very long wait but I was very unsatisfied with the service that I received a Bone Fish in Novi this date. On top of the poor service I received I still tipped the waitress $5.00 even though my bill was only $9.22. I look forward to hearing from you . Thanks
