Original Comment Have any of the hundreds of negative comments altered the way you do business? My recent experience takes the cake. A worker rolled out of the back with a buggy full of items. A couple people went to the buggy to look. They were told they could not go into the buggy and had to wait for it to make it to the shelves. One customer was asking about what was in the back and was peeking through the doors to the holding area. The employee actually left the buggy to go see what she could bring back for the customer. Several of us were stunned and just walked out.
