Original Comment My 29 year old oven died. Serviceman says cannot repair. Service request closed. Have heard nothing from AHS. Told would be contacted about replacement. Cannot get anyone on the phone. Asked for copy of serviceman's report. Told it would be emailed. Never received. You get this gas oven replaced immediately per terms of your contract. You can expect a complaint to be filed with the appropriate Texas agency regarding this claim. Once this appliance has been replaced, you can anticipate that this contract will be cancelled. Worst service experience I have ever had with a home warranty. I want a copy of the repairman's report sent to me. I will not use my time, my PC, my printer, my paper, my ink for a copy of your business record for my file.
