I've experienced the most vile and unprofessional customer service to address my concern with verifying my Citibank debit card to add to my Apple wallet. The first representative asked for my verification (which was given) and stated couldn't verify it in the system, even with my new phone number (which I updated) he couldn't send a text message for verification. He was very rude in telling me he could no longer help me and wouldn't explain what wasn't verifiable. I asked requested a manager or supervisor and I was on hold for approximately 10-15 minutes or even longer and he never returned. I don't appreciate the lack of professionalism and vulgar behavior shown to me! <br /> <br /> I called a second time and spoked to Glee and recapped my concerns. Much of the same things occurred with no resolution. She was also very rude and kept over talking me, which I despise greatly and of course I didn't mind expressing myself because I've had it with the incompetence of these people and neither need additional customer service training or find other employment since they're incapable of treating customers with respect. <br /> <br /> I plan to close my account and bank where I'll receive the respect and professionalism I deserve!
