Original Comment Casey BMW in Newport News, Virginia is the worst dealer for service!! In all my 51 years of driving I've never had a worse experience. Too long to go into, but not only is the service bad, but the service people could not be more rude and inconsiderate. To be specific, Francis and Chris Coup, the service manager.
