Original Comment i tried to get a shipping return label to return a modem. three people said thet cant send me label in the mail. i returned a modem just weeks before with a label sent to me via usps mail. now the fourth person told me no problem he was supposedly punching in the info as we talked, saying i would have the label in 5 working days that was 2 weeks ago. hmmm was he lying to me. if i dont get a label i will set it out by the mail box and it will magically get to centurylink, just like the label got to me.im not paying $200 for a modem i am trying to return to you. which was the second one i received that didnt work.i was told i would get a months credit for the modems not working, when thet transferred me it was to a non working number, i v been a customer for 25 years, the only thing im keeping now is my landline and depends how it works if i go to cell phone from a reliable company. a very unhappy customer
