Original Comment 10/13/2022 called AAA at 12:22am requesting a tow for my motorcycle (flat tire rear) it was a struggle just getting the lady to even get the information about the tow she was so worried about my husband's card needing to be renewed . Once we got pass all of that it was quarter to 1, was told someone from dispatch would call finally around 3:00am I called back was told sorry for the delay but we will text you with an update got the text stations a tow truck would arriving at 5:49am at 6:00am called back the dispatcher had the audacity to tell me we can't get a truck to you until 8:00am maybe you should try to get your own tow truck because we are just that short staffed . And I don't know what time we are going to be able to get to you. That was the most honest thing someone from that organization has said to me all morning long
