Recently, my wife purchased a refrigerator from the Wasilla Alaska Home Depot. She purchased it on 8 February. It was to be delivered on 14 February. They got here to deliver it and they had a dryer on the truck not my refrigerator. We contacted Home Depot and they were very rude and they did offer a refund but then told her she had to wait because they were going to get it to her in a check. I don't know how you people stay in business we're having such rude people and policies that don't work I feel that if you sell a refrigerator that is in the store still in the box somebody should market sold with an invoice number and a customers name on it not some piece of paper that somebody can takeoff and refill the damn refrigerator that's what happened, the piece of paper was not on the box. Somebody another salesman sold the refrigerator and it was gone now we're just without. The order ID is H1304-143989 in the amount of $1554.98. Are used to work in shipping and receiving myself for a lot of years and people need to understand you should sign for what you get and get what you sign for that should be a good company policy that your company needs to instill.... And just this coming summer I am going to remodel my whole house spending about $230,000 on all the stuff I need I don't get any satisfaction from this. I guarantee I won't spend a dime at Home Depot ever again and I will have everyone I know boycott you as well....
