Original Comment Have been a customer for years, got sick with uterine cancer had to file bankruptcy 7 years ago. Since then have opened a new credit card and have placed several orders over the past 5 years and all of a sudden they have closed the account due to the bankruptcy from 7 years ago no warning nothing. Actually have a current order coming but can't log into my account can't see anything yet they just let me place my order May 30th. I have submitted all the past medical info with a letter years ago a corporate re opened the account to close it 6 years later for no reason. Done will not do business ever again will close my QVC credit card as well. Talk about terrible business and treatment of a customer who's been ordering and paying for years.
