Original Comment I have been on the phone for about an hour trying to explain the issue that I am having with my wireless password and wireless in general. I requested a tech come out to rectify this situation and was told that I could not have someone out until all avenues with the outsourced employee had been exhausted. I pay for my service to be covered by a tech and I think that I should be able to ask for that service. What is going on?
