Original Comment This is a horrible place to stay and the customer service sucks! Stayed at the hotel in Windsor. They had roaches. I spoke with Bo and he was to refund my stay because we were leaving. I also showed him the bug for proof. Instead of refunding me, he charged me again! I called the hotel, and I was told they have no idea when they were going to have a manager. I called customer service and she advised it may take a week for someone to call me. Not only is this a horrible practice, I am also going to file a complaint with the BBB. Unethical is all I can say about this company.
