Original Comment I had a new membership with planet fitness . I fell and broke arm pelvis and same year broke arm again and then again had back surgery . I was not able to utilize this membership not even once . I contacted the local office and canceled the membership I was told it was done over the phone . NO it was not . They continued to keep pulling funds each month and still did not cancel this !! I called today again and finall the NEW manager said she canceled the membership but could not refund any of my money because there was ironing I. The system to show cancelled. Never once used this never once because of medical issues !!
