Original Comment No wonder we can't get a person on the phone to help us in the states. You stay far enough away to not have to really help your customers. Well IM lost all my contacts and I want them back! I'm 77 yrs. old, have a serious sight problem and e-mailing is my life. You have taken that away. Who do I thank for that? Just take me off, give me a refund and after all these years I'll do without IM.Your cute little things aren't worth raising my blood pressure for.You have never really been a help on anything.
