Original Comment I was promised one price, but when I called back another price was given. I spoke with Robson the manager which was no help at all and actually accused me of not hearing the agent correctly. I was very insulted and asked him to please review the call which he refused. I asked for his manager and he refused that as well. No wonder the service is awful because management sets such a bad example. No way should this guy be handling escalated calls. Not sure if I can trust these type of people to save my life!
