I want commend the staff at Pearl, Alabama's Best Western. In particular, I'd like to mention Wilma, the evening check in clerk. Despite people fleeing the hurricane and travelers like myself passing through, Wilma was patient and attentive to all who needed assistance.<br /> <br /> In the past I've stayed at other Best Westerns, but they did not come up to the experience I had last week.
