Original Comment Medco was a great assest to my company - they were run using common sense and were helpful - NO MORE! Now, I receive calls that I must verify my shipping address each time I get a refill (what they deem a new Rx). I completed their mail-order form (with a different shipping address), which states &quot;Express Scripts will keep this address on file for all orders from this membership until another shipping address is provided by any person in this membership&quot; - I HAVE NOT CHANGED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS - EVER! This is a problem as I travel a lot and they called my home address, which I may not be at for weeks - this is why I ship to a different address. I had them calling my cell, until a trip to Europe, when they called me at 2:30 am!<br /> By the way, it is the law that the doctor's office puts your home address on the Rx, so stop telling me to tell them to put on the shipping address. The previous comment was correct - Medco/Express Scripts is not following their own protocols. I hope my company switches back to Aetna.
