Original Comment I have never encountered such a worst than lousy customer service department. It seems no one there has any idea of what they are doing. I have requested on several occasions to have a supervisor contact me regarding my complaint. No one has ever called or email back to me. This company since their merger has really gone down, or are they the same employees.
