Just called to find a number to reach the lumber/plywood division. Switched to Accounts Payable?...The woman that answered was so clueless...couldn't hear or understand anything I was saying...kept asking me stupid questions. Since the lumber dept won't reply to any of my emails and I have to jump through hoops to talk to someone in that department....why should I even request to buy something through TV!
