Original Comment I've been a member two times (take vacations between). This time, I only wanted to try a trial membership. I wrote down on my calendar the date I should call to cancel so it would not revert to a premanent membership. I did call on that date but was told that it was too late, the membership already charged for 3 months $59.97. Something very fishy: On 11/20 I see a charge on Citicard for $59.97 - on the same date, I see a credit for $59.97. Then on 11/24 I see another charge for $59.97. It is very apparent I was trying to cancel this trial membership. I believe your site is designed to cheat the customer if that's what's necessary to keep them as members. I called today and had all my information taken off your site and will be disputing this $59.97 with my credit card company.
