Original Comment I purchased a TV last year's christmas 2011. It didnt even last 1 year. Right before christmas, it would not turn on from the button on the TV or the remote. We contact customer service and returned the TV to Westinghouse for repair. Do you know what? They have had my TV since December 3rd 2012 (alittle over a month) and have not called me with a status! I have called their number over 20 times and no one has ever called me back and can't get someone to even look up my case number to tell me what the status is. I'm so upset that someone can't even acknowledge me! I loved my TV till this and will never buy a Westinghouse product because of this. I will tell everyone I know, Facebook and BBB, here I come! This is ridiculous
