I have had the worse possible experience with Medco. On Dec 30th I placed an online order for my high blood pressure medication, it is now Jan 8th and I still do not have my medication. My doctor must write a small px in order for me to go to my local pharamacy to get the medication I need for a short term basis, costing me additional money. I was told by Medco that they faxed to my doctor a request for the px at least twice. My doctor's office has not recieved any request from Medco. When I asked a supervisor why can't someone call my doctor's office for the px, I was told it is not Medco's policy to call. You would think if you are not getting a reply from a fax you would put forth the effort to call. Medco has terrible customer service and should be reported to the Federal Trade Commission, remember no company it too big to fail
