Original Comment I wish I had checked the reviews and this site prior to purchasing my 50 inch TV. I haven't had the TV for 90 days and the sound won't work. I called Customer Service as directed by my warranty and I too haven't received a call back. I will give them another 24 hours per their telephone representative and then I will file a complaint with the State Attorney General, the Consumer Protection Agency and the Better Business Bureau. It's no wonder that consumers purchase electronics from foreign manufacturers, not only are their products superior, they also provide immediate customer service. From the looks of the complaints on this site, it appears to me that Westinghouse could do with an entire department of 24/7 technicians who can man their telephones to address the shoddy workmanship of their products. The leadership and executive management should be ashamed for not responding to their consumer base. I plan to advise anyone to avoid Westinghouse products....
