Original Comment I live in Vail Az and a short time ago the phone and internets lines were all updated with much promise of improvement, problem is as bad as it was at times after improving things got worse, internet is a catch as catch can. Often when I call I think I am giving them new news that their system is not working. They send repairmen and nothing ever gets permanently fixed, within hours or the next day same old problems. People on the phone are polite and as helpful as they can be not being technical. I am thinking that your company does not have the equipment or technical skills to keep the system running and worse yet I don't think your company actually cares about the customers. Change your ads from 19.95 a month to free since you cannot promise service anyway. I will try to get your chairman's name, address and phone number so I can start calling him to see If service can be fixed.
