Original Comment We recently took a trip to California to ride our motorcycles on the PCH. We stayed at the Best Western (Encina Lodge and Suites) in Santa Barbara. We had someone open the door with a key while we were getting dresses to go to the pool. The front desk doubled sold the room! They told me they were sorry?<br /> There was a ceiling fan that made a knocking noise, like a bearing was out, so we could not use it that night. The next morning I showed it to an employee that was checking the property. Her response was &quot;wow, I will get somebody to fix that.&quot;When we checked out the young lady that we showed the fan was on the front desk.If I was running your company I would want to know that is how your NAME is being used at this LODGE &amp; SUITE.
