I purchased a Sony Bravia flat screen television (model kdl40nx700)in Feburary 2011. last week the TV stopped powering up .Contacted Sony support, Jessie p77m advised me the set had only a one warranty and that I was Responsible for the repairs. He told me to call Sony national customer relations if i still had a problem.<br /> Almost every Electronic device in my home is Sony , I bought because I assumed Sony made quality products. I WAS WRONY ! I will never buy another Sony product. <br /> Got tv repaired for $320 , main panel was out , shop stated Sony has a problem with main boards failing. Fyi : The same thing happend to my friends Viszo set (4 yrs. old) they fixed for free. WHY PAY DOUBLE PRICE FOR SONY EQUIPMENT &amp; RECEIVE NO CUSTOMER SATIFACTION . GOODBY SONY _WON&quot;T BUY AGAIN !
