Original Comment me and my family tried to find a room with two queen beds on the bottom floor. The gentlemen said he has a room with two queen beds non-smoking area. I said I'll take it. He gave me room 204. When we went the room it was on the second floor. So , we went back to cancel the room and cancel the bill . He said no problem, but he never gave me a copy of the cancellation of the bill. The next day, we're home . I called my Visa card jugt to make sure everything is OK, But it wasn't. So I called the hotel to speak the manager but she was't in. So I ask the person who I was speak to, can you see if the charges were cancel on the Aug 17 at 11pm. She told me she does not see my name at all(on that day) . So I was charge for $63 that I never stayed at all. I wiil personally tell all my friends don't book Best Western hotel, they wiil still your moneys even if you don't book it.
